My Creative Journey 2026+
Every ordinary creator hopes for a good living doing what is loved, but is hindered by these common obstacles which I have personally experienced in the past 15+ years of my creative journey online and offline:
In most cases, those are accurate depictions of reality.
1. Your traditional parents reject your art & creative career proposal because they don't understand your perspective or they have not created anything with their hands for a long time.
2. The creative & art subject has low priority in schools and pursing art is not recommended by teachers who have stopped learning and are not practitioner.
3. There aren’t many job opportunities and most companies lost balance and are over numbers oriented, squeeze workers, pay a potato wage to save cost and increase profit margin.
4. People believe that art is created with telepathy and cost-free, even AI cost credits and requires us to use fingers to type the prompt.
Starting from myself, slowly but surely.
My long term journey is to find a sustainable balance and a way out so more creators and artists could have an option for a “lifestyle”, even revive their forgotten dreams.
Most artists and creatives are playing Survival on Insane mode, so trading their physical health, mental health and dream for a corporate “job” that pays bills is the way out. Most of their dream get washed away or erased as time passes by and the financial pressure mounts.
